Download the ZIP, check the MANIFEST, then test one file.
Use this guide after purchase if a download is missing, a file will not open, scale looks wrong, or you need to confirm the commercial-use license.
Send the product name, checkout email, provider, order ID, and a screenshot of the issue. If possible, include the file name from `MANIFEST.md`.

What should be inside the ZIP
Use the sample CSV as a naming or batch-format reference before preparing a customer list.
Start with the notes, then run material tests. Machine, lens, material, and coating differences still matter.
README covers basic workflow. LICENSE covers commercial physical-product use and source-file redistribution limits.
Use the manifest to confirm the delivered ZIP contains the promised files and checksums.
Keep the checkout receipt. It is the fastest way to identify the provider, order ID, and download status.
Troubleshooting
Common file issues
Check the checkout receipt and spam folder first. If the provider still has no file link, contact support with the checkout email and provider name.
Download again from the provider. If the second download fails, contact support and mention the product name and order ID.
Import as millimeters when possible. Confirm the document size in the SVG title or viewBox before cutting material.
Assign cut and engrave operations manually if your software remaps colors. Red is intended for cut/outline; black is intended for engraving.
